  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.

3. Subscription Plan Shipping

For our CoreRoutine Subscription members, your subsequent monthly supplies will be processed automatically every 30 days based on your initial anniversary date. Processing and shipping timelines remain the same, ensuring your wellness routine stays completely seamless without interruption.

4. Shipment Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

If you have not received your tracking number or if your order has not arrived within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at the email below so we can assist you with a replacement or carrier investigation.
